With 5 luxury homes shared among 20 owners, you enjoy an average of 90 total days per year, including:

22 peak days (school holidays, excluding weekends/bank holidays)

68 off-peak days (flexible midweek or shoulder-season stays)

How It Works:

To ensure all 20 owners have equitable access to our 5 shared homes, we use a quarterly release system for booking peak (UK state school holidays) and off-peak days.

Why Quarterly Releases?

  • Fairness: Prevents a rush to book all prime dates at once.

  • Flexibility: Allows adjustments based on changing plans.

  • Balance: Distributes high-demand periods (such as summer and Christmas) evenly.

  • Don’t want to holiday during peak days? Don’t worry, our points exchange system means you can trade your peak days for double the amount of off-peak days. Meaning you could holiday for up to 134 days per year!

Booking Windows:

After each release date, simply log in to our intuitive booking platform to select the days you’d like to enjoy your home. Any unused points? No problem, use them anytime throughout the year for spontaneous getaways, like a last-minute long weekend in Tuscany!

  • Spring in Cascais, Portugal (7 off-peak days)

Points Exchange System

Not locked into specific dates? Our Points Exchange Program allows you to trade booking points with other members, giving you complete control over when and where you vacation.

How It Works:

  • Swap Peak for Off-Peak: Trade high-demand seasonal points for more availability during quieter periods, perfect for longer stays or last-minute getaways.

  • Swap Off-peak for Peak - Trade lower demand points for peak days, meaning you can holiday longer in those peak seasons (perfect for those tied into school holidays).

  • Peak and off-peak points are traded in a 3:1 ratio meaning for every 1 peak point you have, you could have 3 off-peak days.
