STEP 1: Enquire & Match

Share your criteria; we’ll carefully match you with 19 like-minded owners, ensuring everyone gets 2-3 preferred locations. No compromises, just shared priorities.

Criteria:

  • Budget: You can choose anything from £99,900; the collections we show are just examples. E.g. if you wish to have a better home (more expensive) than the top collection (£249,900), that is completely possible.

  • Bedrooms: Let us know how many bedrooms you need.

STEP 2: Introductory Call

A 1:1 consultation with our team to answer questions, explain the legal framework, and tailor the service to your needs. Think of it as a luxury concierge onboarding.

STEP 3: Live Property Reveal

Join all co-owners for an exclusive digital showcase: we present 3 handpicked properties per location, complete with CGI renderings of renovations, interior design plans, and transparent pricing. Like a private property auction, but collaborative.

  • Architect/designer walkthroughs

  • Local area highlights (e.g., proximity to Michelin-starred restaurants)

STEP 4: Democratic Vote

Cast your vote for the final homes. Our platform ensures fairness, with each owner’s preference weighted equally. Majority rules, but we guarantee your portfolio includes at least 2 of your top-ranked destinations.

STEP 5: Acquisition & Transformation

We handle all legals, purchases, and renovations (where needed), delivering turnkey homes within 3-12 months. Receive monthly progress reports, from planning permits to interior fabric selections.

STEP 6: Keys & Freedom

Move in, holiday, or rent out, your portfolio is ready. Use our app to book stays (1-30 days), monitor rental income, or request concierge services (ski passes, private chefs, etc.). All included in your annual fee.
